I have to admit I am getting pretty tired already of seeing all the 'mid century' furniture floating around (even UO has their mass produced version of it right now..). It has become kind of boring to me lately.
But there will always be certain designs/designers that I can't get sick of, no matter how often I see it/their pieces. This is a short refreshing picture list of some of my favorites I found in my furniture bookmarks folder over the weekend:

those are George Nelson for Herman Miller Chairs, and were/are available at http://www.coolstuffnola.com/
(they were based in new orleans but moved to houston after katrina).

I have a green chair just like the blue and yellow chairs shown here. Can you tell me more about them?

Those chairs are by Eero Saarinen for Knoll. I would check the bottom for a stamp/tag. :) The Knoll site has more info on this chair too.
