From the back yard...remnants of Muck Sunflowers, Goldenrod, lost feathers, Lichen, Moss, climbing vines....
But there were new things making an appearance too, like tiny sprouting bulbs and Ferns.
I put nesting houses out for the birds.
And on the lake, I found that tiny Elephant Ears were unraveling and establishing their little colony once again.
I saw a Great Blue Heron and a Tricolored Heron towards sunset...
...
Tired and achey.

I must say, I wish I lived where you live. How lovely.
I live in Denver, where everything is either made of concrete, or the color of concrete, and currently covered a bit in filthy snow.
